Recently The Atlanta Beat Battle wrapped up year with their final show at Djangos. The show featured a wide range of producers competing for prizes and recognition.The winners for the evening were none other than “STADIUM STATUS” a duo that consist of Kalani Ware and CJ Wheeler aka “Skyscrapa”. Atl Beat Battle enters the tenth beat battle of 2010. ATL BeatBattle thrives on foundation of providing producers a platform to be seen and heard by the Atlantamusic industry. This month and months that shall pass were expanding our platform to songwriters. Songwriters now have the opportunity to take the stage and present their creative talents in front of our judges and receive feedback. [...]

Atl Beat Battle enters the tenth beat battle of 2010. ATL BeatBattle thrives on foundation of providing producers a platform to be seen and heard by the Atlantamusic industry. This month and months that shall pass were expanding our platform to songwriters. Songwriters now have the opportunity to take the stage and present their creative talents in front of our judges and receive feedback.

This month our judges come from and R&B background with placements and accolades that line up. With great honor and respect we appreciate their expertise and knowledge lent to ATL Beat Battle. October is our Songwriter and R&B edition!

Our first judge is John “SK” Mcgee lead producer for recording artist Trey Songz. On Trey Songz latest Album entitled “Passion, Pain, and Pleasure” SK has three placements which include Doorbell, Red Lipstick, and Massage. SK lends his expertise in (more…)

Shouts out to Jas of The Atlanta Beat Battle for exposing a very talented artists by the name of Benny Demus to our staff. Benny had a free show recently at Vinyl in Atlanta as he released his Ben in Black mixtape. For all of you whom are not familiar with Benny Demus here’s the backspin: Former producer and DJ whom traveled the world working with non other that Akon. Now Benny has chosen to go the solo route with much success under his belt. Please take the time to preview the album and also download it.
